    David C. Allen, MD earned his associate degree in biology from Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho, after serving a mission for the LDS church in Korea. He earned his bachelor's degree in zoology from Brigham Young University.

    As part of his practice, Dr. Allen delivers babies at St. Luke's Magic Valley.

    Kari Brose, PA-C earned her bachelor’s degree in zoology and her bachelor’s degree in physician assistant studies from Idaho State University. She is certified as a physician assistant and worked for Family Health Services for four years before joining St. Luke’s.

    E. Monte Crandall, MD earned his bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Utah and his medical degree from the University of Utah College of Medicine. He completed his four-year obstetrics/gynecology residency at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics in Iowa City in before moving to Twin Falls. Dr. Crandall is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology.

    As part of his practice, Dr. Crandall delivers babies at St. Luke's Magic Valley.

    Laura Fall, MD earned her bachelor's degree in biology/Spanish/pre-medicine with a concentration in chemistry from Augustana College. She completed her family practice internship at Carbondale Memorial Hospital, where she also served as chief resident.

    Matthew H. Packham, MD earned his bachelor's degree in human biology from the University of Utah. He completed his four-year obstetrics/gynecology residency at the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium. Dr. Packham was part of the US Army 25th Infantry Division and served for two years in Iraq. He also has practiced in Fairbanks, AK.

    As part of his practice, Dr. Packham delivers babies at St. Luke's Magic Valley.
