St. Luke’s Nephrology offers a full spectrum of nephrologic care for people facing kidney issues such as chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease. We also care for patients pre- and post-kidney transplant and manage the treatment of patients with hypertension. We’re dedicated to caring for you with knowledge, skill, and a deep commitment to your best health and quality of life.

You can count on us to provide consultation, screening, education, and treatment in our clinic, dialysis care nearby at the DaVita Treasure Valley Dialysis Center, and hospital care, if needed, such as continuous renal replacement therapy and dialysis for end-stage renal disease.

    Biography

    Micheal Adcox, MD joined with St. Luke's to form St. Luke's Clinic – Nephrology, dedicated to providing specialized care for patients with kidney disease or hypertension. He is involved in all aspects of nephrology care. Dr. Adcox completed his internal medicine residency and nephrology fellowship through the University of Washington Affiliated Hospitals. He earned his undergraduate degree in biology from Boise State University.

    Biography

    Tracy Johnston, MSN, APRN, NP-C is a certified nurse practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her master's degree in nursing, family nurse practitioner, from Idaho State University, and has experience in telemetry, medical imaging, emergency medicine, coronary care, and infusion services.

    Biography

    Brooke Pearson, NP-C is a family nurse practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has an interest in the management of chronic kidney disease due to her experience as a nurse practitioner in internal medicine and in caring for kidney transplant patients at the University of California San Francisco Medical Center. Brooke earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston College and her master’s degree in nursing from Samuel Merritt University.

    Biography

    Liang Wu, MD has special interest in chronic kidney disease and hypertension treatment. He earned his medical degree in China and completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Toledo Medical Center and Mountainside Hospital. He served as assistant professor and as an internist specializing in hospital medicine at University of Toledo, where he also completed his nephrology fellowship, training in broad spectrum kidney disease and kidney transplant.
