Susan McCandless, RDN, LDN is a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist focusing on a personalized approach to health and healing for patients with chronic diseases. She focuses on identifying root causes and system imbalances and uses food as medicine to improve health.
As a certified intuitive eating counselor, Susan incorporates non-dieting weight loss strategies into her care plans. Her services include after-hours appointments, individual and family counseling, group nutrition programs, and cooking classes.
Susan earned her bachelor's degree in clinical nutrition and food science from the University of California at Berkeley, and she interned with the University of California at San Francisco Medical Center. She has a passion for health and culinary arts and spends her free time cooking for family and friends.
