    Melinda Bishop-Herre, PA-C earned her bachelor's degree in cytotechnology from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2005 and her master's degree in physician assistant studies from the University of South Alabama in Mobile in 2009.

    Whitney Blanchard, NP-BC is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an adult gerontological primary care nurse practitioner.

    Whitney earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Georgia College and State University and her master's degree in nursing from Armstrong State University.

    Biography

    Irinel N. Stanciu, MD is board eligible in metabolism, in addition to her board certifications. She earned her medical degree from Carol Davila University of Medicine in Bucharest, Romania. She completed her general medicine residency in Bucharest and her internal medicine residency Cook County Hospital. Dr. Stanciu practiced internal medicine for six years before completing her fellowship training in endocrinology and metabolism.

    Johannes Veldhuis, MD specializes in lipidology, with a focus on patient education and care. He has experience in endocrinology and metabolism with an emphasis on clinical pituitary, gonadal, and adrenal diseases and lipidology. Dr. Veldhuis has been associated with the Mayo Clinic in Rochester where he both trained and practiced. He is also a member of the National Lipid Association.
