St. Luke's Clinic – Family Medicine: Fruitland

We offer high quality healthcare services with a focus on family medicine (care for all ages). We diagnose and treat most medical issues, and can coordinate your care when you need a referral to a specialist. Our services include management of acute health issues such as bladder or respiratory infections, abdominal or back pain, cuts, and sprains; chronic health problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, depression, and high cholesterol; and preventive care including birth control, pap smears, immunizations, diabetes education, and coordination of appropriate screening tests. We also offer a tobacco treatment program and operate an anticoagulation (blood-thinning) clinic.

Patients will not be denied services based on inability to pay. Discounts are available based on family size and income.

    Biography

    Sean Hackett, PA serves as both a clinical manager and a practicing physician assistant. He earned his bachelor's degree from Boise State University and his master's degree in molecular biology from the University of Idaho. He earned his physician assistant degree from Idaho State University.

  • Obstetrics and Gynecology

    Biography

    Davis Katseanes, MD specializes in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), with special interest in minimally invasive surgery, including total laparoscopic hysterectomy. He performs ablations; annual exams, including Pap smears and lab work; assists with fertility and family planning; menopausal care; and urogynecology. He particularly enjoys helping bring new babies into the world. Dr. Katseanes delivers babies at St. Luke's Meridian and will also deliver at St. Luke's Nampa when the new birthing suites open in fall 2017.

    Dr. Katseanes is originally from the Boise area and enjoys spending time with his wife and family. His personal interests include triathlons, skiing, and enjoying the outdoors.
