Our clinic provides a wide scope of services, including wellness exams and physicals, women’s health, diabetes management, obstetrics, family planning, skin biopsies and lesion removal, vasectomy, occupational health, and more. We also provide a full spectrum of mental health services to patients of all ages. We have regular visits from the mobile mammography unit and specialists in oncology, genetic counseling for hereditary cancers (using telehealth technology), cardiology, urology, pulmonary medicine, and ENT. And, our van makes daily trips from our clinic to St. Luke's Cancer Institute in Fruitland to take cancer patients to and from their appointments.

Our official office hours are listed in the white box below, but we also offer walk-in care without an appointment if you're already an established patient at our clinic.
We’re open Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon for urgent medical needs. In case of emergency, call 911 right away or go immediately to the nearest emergency department.
For non-emergency care, you can also call our office after clinic hours and speak with a registered nurse, who will assess your condition. The nurse is in contact with the on-call doctor, who has access to your medical records.
Trisha Eckman, MD specializes in family medicine with an emphasis on obstetrics, women's health, and pediatric care.
Dr. Eckman is an Oregon native. Prior to medical school she earned her bachelor's degree from the College of Idaho.
Neil Carroll, MD specializes in family medicine, including obstetrics, pediatrics, and women's health. He is also interested in sports and wilderness medicine.
Prior to attending medical school, Dr. Carroll earned his bachelor's degree in biology from Iowa State University.
K. LuAnn Cook, ANP is an adult nurse practitioner specializing in internal medicine with a geriatric focus. She has experience in cardiology and neurology and has worked with patients with multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and other movement disorders.
LuAnn earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Portland and her master's degree in nursing from UCLA. She earned her post-master's certificate as an adult nurse practitioner from the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing at Emory University. She is a native of the Baker City area and is excited to serve her home town.
Emily Fassi, MS, LCGC sees children and adults for hereditary predispositions to cancer and hematologic conditions. She is board certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling and licensed by the State of Idaho. She is a member of the National Society of Genetic Counselors and the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics.
Emily earned her bachelor's degree in biology with minors in chemistry and French from Truman State University, and her master's degree in genetic counseling from Northwestern University.
Colleen McDonald, LCSW has experience with child, family, and individual therapy. She earned her bachelor’s degree in anthropology and sociology with a social work emphasis from Eastern Oregon University, and her master’s degree in social work from Portland State University.
Micah Thayn, PA-C specializes in family medicine with particular interest in preventive medicine.
Micah earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees from Idaho State University.
Lily Wittich, MD is an Oregon native. She graduated from Baker High School in 2002, and studied psychology with minors in French and chemistry at the University of Oregon. She is excited to return home to practice.
