St. Luke’s Clinic – Ada Medical Associates

We've moved to a new location in Meridian at 3399 E. Louise Drive, Suite 100.
Our team sees people of all ages, through all phases of life, whether you need preventive care, treatment for a specific condition or acute illness, or urgent care. We promote the concept of a medical home, emphasizing a continuous relationship with a provider coordinating care for both wellness and illness. We believe that knowing you over many years, and knowing your family, helps us understand how your healthcare impacts your life.

At our clinic, we offer a wide scope of services, including primary care for newborns, children, and adults; management of chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, and skin problems; immunizations; women’s health; minor procedures including vasectomy, circumcision, skin biopsies, and lesion removal; joint injections; preventive care and wellness counseling; physicals for sports, school, scouts, and camp; and physicals for insurance and employment.

    After-hours calls are transferred to our answering service, then forwarded to the physician on call as appropriate. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go directly to the nearest emergency department.

    Toby Davis, DO, has interests in weight loss and nutrition, osteopathic manipulation, sports medicine, and autism spectrum disorders.

    Robert Holland, MD specializes in family medicine, with special interests in care for all ages, sports ailments, and preventive health care. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

    Darcie Levenson, PA-C has special interests in preventive medicine, diabetes care, pediatric and adolescent medicine, women's health, and sports medicine. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Idaho Association of Physician Assistants. She earned her bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University and her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Philadelphia University.
