Description

This 60-minute class will explore how mindfulness and mindful eating can help with weight loss goals. 

Research shows mindfulness can help with weight loss while decreasing binge eating habits. 

Through this practice, people able to slow down and reduce how much they are eating, and they are also able to enjoy the food they're eating more. 

Come learn the value of mindful eating and get opportunity to practice using this tool in a group setting. 

This class is taught by a licensed clinical social worker.
