This 60-minute class will explore different tools you can use to lower your stress levels.
Stress looks and feels different to everyone. You'll come to understand how stress caused by others, as well as your environment, can impact your mind and body; learn the importance of setting boundaries; explore what stress feels like to you; and identify tools to soothe yourself and better manage stress.
This class is taught by a licensed clinical social worker.
