Description

Inspiring partnerships. Homegrown solutions. Healthier communities.

Please join us for an engaging discussion about the landscape of community health across the country and here at home. Innovative solutions shared by a national expert will be followed by a panel of local leaders from various backgrounds actively contributing to community health.

A hands-on workshop will round out the day as we work together to outline meaningful next steps.

We invite your participation, and we look forward to seeing you there!
