Puberty is a time of change for girls—and parents!
This four-week series provides a comprehensive overview of the bodily changes and emotional ups and downs that accompany early adolescence.
We’ll discuss anatomy and physiology of both girls and boys; relationships with parents and friends; conception, pregnancy, and birth; and body image and self-esteem.
Experts in adolescent health will address concerns, including factual responses to questions about girls and boys.

1. Registration is required. Registration will help us manage class sizes, which must not exceed room capacity. Please mention any accompanying family or support people in your registration.
2. Masks are required. Facilitators and participants need to wear masks at all times, regardless of your vaccination status. We will provide medical procedural masks at the door.
3. Everyone will need to use hand sanitizer when entering the classroom and after returning from any breaks.
4. We no longer offer food or beverages. You may bring your own snacks and drinks to be enjoyed on breaks away from the classroom. We encourage you to take them outside and away from others if possible. You may drink your own water in classes lasting longer than an hour, but we you must still wear your mask between drinks.
