This is a puberty class for kids ages 9-12 and their parents. Puberty is a time of change for kids - and parents! This course (separate for boys and girls) provides a comprehensive overview of the bodily changes and emotional ups and downs that accompany early adolescence. Topics include: anatomy and physiology of both boys and girls; relationships with parents and friends; conception, pregnancy and birth; and body image and self-esteem. Experts in adolescent health address your child's concerns, including factual responses to questions about the opposite sex. Pre-teens must be accompanied by a parent; mom, dad or both are welcome to attend. Please feel free to bring a snack and beverage to class. If attending an all day Saturday class, please bring a sack lunch to class.

Picture Your Health.
How do you define health? Physical? Mental? Social? Health goes beyond medical care. It's how we take care of ourselves, how we interact with our communities, how we take care of each other.
Let St. Luke's support your health, however you define it.
