ALERT

Due to the overwhelming surge in COVID-19 cases and the strain it has placed on health care capacity in the communities we serve, the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare has activated crisis standards of care statewide. We are open and available to see patients, but you may experience delays at our ERs, hospitals, and clinics. We appreciate your patience. Access more info on COVID testing, vaccination, visitor policy, hospitalization data, and FAQs.

Description

This 60-minute class will help participants understand what self-care can look like.

Did you know that complaining impacts how your brain wires itself? Understand what negative bias is and how to combat it.

Learn different types of positive emotions, ways to incorporate them into your life and tools to help brighten your outlook. When we take time to incorporate these skills and concepts in our lives, stress decreases and quality of life increases!

This class is taught by a licensed clinical social worker.
