Due to the overwhelming surge in COVID-19 cases and the strain it has placed on health care capacity in the communities we serve, the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare has activated crisis standards of care statewide. We are open and available to see patients, but you may experience delays at our ERs, hospitals, and clinics. We appreciate your patience. I wanted to send a big THANK YOU for all the wonderful prenatal yoga sessions you provided me. I'm convinced the flexibility, breathing, and relaxation exercises and techniques you taught were the only reason I survived both pregnancy and natural labor and delivery.
As a first-time mom who had never tried yoga, I was definitely intimidated in the beginning. But you have such an easy way of making things understandable yet challenging and making everyone feel welcome. The best thing I did during pregnancy was attend your classes and I cannot express how truly grateful I am.
