Yoga is a wonderful way to gently stretch and learn relaxation during your pregnancy.
Goals of the class include:
Release tension and calm an active mind.
Relieves any aches and pains of pregnancy using core releasing yoga poses
Prepares your body for a smooth birth
Start in your second trimester and continue thru your fourth trimester (12 weeks postpartum).
Svaroopa® prenatal yoga is body-friendly. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
Physician’s consent is required to participate in this class.

No refunds are given for this class, unless it is cancelled by us or a medical condition prevents you from attending class. Otherwise, you may transfer to another class within six months of the original class date.
