Appreciate and enjoy the benefits of yoga while in the company of other expectant women. Through a variety of stretching and toning exercises, you’ll increase your energy level, relieve tension, promote deep relaxation, and leave class feeling refreshed!

Registration Instructions

Registration is required. Please note that if there are less than 5 people enrolled in the class, the class may be cancelled. You will be notified before the class if this occurs. No refunds are given for this class, unless it is cancelled by us or a medical condition prevents you from attending class. Otherwise, you may transfer to another class within six months of the original class date. These classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Special Instructions

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. This class is conducted in the St. Luke's Plaza 1 building, located at 400 Broadway Ave. This facility is directly across Broadway from Whole Foods and directly across Myrtle from the Ram restaurant. There will not be a St. Luke's sign that you will see. Free parking is available on the north side of Plaza 1. Use the far left lane on Park Blvd and turn left onto Morrison Knudsen Plaza Dr (before the apartment buildings). Follow Morrison Knudsen Plaza Dr around the Plaza to the last parking lot on the North side of the Plaza (across Front from the Marriot). Use the building entrance located on the Northwest side of the building that faces Broadway.

An Expectant Mom's Experience with Prenatal Yoga

I wanted to send a big THANK YOU for all the wonderful prenatal yoga sessions you provided me. I'm convinced the flexibility, breathing, and relaxation exercises and techniques you taught were the only reason I survived both pregnancy and natural labor and delivery.

As a first-time mom who had never tried yoga, I was definitely intimidated in the beginning. But you have such an easy way of making things understandable yet challenging and making everyone feel welcome. The best thing I did during pregnancy was attend your classes and I cannot express how truly grateful I am.
