Participants will receive a shopping list and recipe ahead of class, so you have the option of gathering ingredients and cooking along with the instructor. If you prefer, you can simply sit back, watch and enjoy. Either way, you’ll learn to prepare a delicious, healthy meal that is sure to be a hit.
