The grief education class will be presented by both Norman Shrumm, board certified chaplain and spiritual care provider for St. Luke's.
The class will provide general information about grief, including common emotions and sensations, misconceptions, and skills to help you navigate your own grief or assist another in their grief journey.
Participants will have the opportunity to discuss various kinds of loss in this class with supportive group discussion.
