In addition, St. Luke's Children's YEAH! (Youth Engaged in Activities for Health) program is our 8-week children's healthy lifestyle program open to children between the ages of 6 and 16 and their families. YEAH! is a family-based program that includes weekly nutrition, cooking, and fitness classes. The program consists of a multi-disciplinary team including a registered dietitian, fitness specialist, and culinary expert. This fun and interactive program provides education to families about healthy eating, healthy cooking, and ways to get adequate physical activity.
