Description

Learn the foundational skills of plant-based cooking. In this class, we explore stocking your kitchen, adding flavor with herbs and spices, cooking with minimal oil, dairy alternatives, meal planning, batch cooking and knife skills. 

Learn how to prepare dressings, sauces, condiments, and salt-free seasonings to enhance the flavor of basic plant-based meals. 

This class is taught by registered dietitians Charmin Aschenbrener and Josie Read.
