Explore the vast and wonderful world of unprocessed whole grains. Loaded with nutrients, fiber and protein, whole grains can be the foundation of a main dish, salad, bowl, soup, or burger. In this class, you will learn about the wide variety of whole grains, their nutritional value, how to prepare them, and how to incorporate them in a variety of dishes. This class is taught by Registered Dietitians, Charmin Aschenbrener and Josie Read.





This cooking class is offered on the basis of whole-food, plant-based nutrition. Previous attendance in the "Introduction to Whole-Food, Plant Based Eating" and/or "Plant-Based Cooking Basics" class, would greatly enhance your experience.
