Description

Don't let yourself be one of the 9 out of 10 Americans who don't consume 2 ½ cups of vegetables a day. In this cooking class, you will learn about the importance of adding lots of vegetables and leafy greens to your diet and how to incorporate them at every meal. You will also learn how to take vegetables from the overcooked side-dish and make them the star of every meal. We will also explore how different cooking methods can enhance the flavor of nutritious vegetables.

This class is taught by Registered dietitians Charmin Aschenbrener and Josie Read.
