In this cooking class, you will learn about the importance of adding lots of vegetables and leafy greens to your diet and how to incorporate them at every meal. You will also learn how to take vegetables from the overcooked side-dish and make them the star of every meal. We will also explore how different cooking methods can enhance the flavor of nutritious vegetables. This class is taught by Registered Dietitians, Charmin Aschenbrener and Josie Read.
This cooking class is offered on the basis of whole-food, plant-based nutrition. Previous attendance in the "Introduction to Whole-Food, Plant Based Eating" and/or "Plant-Based Cooking Basics" class, would greatly enhance your experience.
