Are you pregnant with twins, triplets, or more? This class focuses on the special physical, emotional, and social needs of those expecting multiples. We’ll discuss self-help techniques available during labor, as well as the variations you might anticipate with multiples. We’ll also provide a realistic look at home life with more than one baby to help better prepare you for the challenges and joys that lie ahead.





100% payment is due at time of registration.

Registration Instructions

Registration is required. Please note that if there are less than 6 couples enrolled in the class, the class may be cancelled. You will be notified before the class if this occurs. No refunds are given for this class, unless it is cancelled by us or a medical condition prevents you from attending class. Otherwise, you may transfer to another class within six months of the original class date.

Special Instructions

Dress comfortably. Please bring your spouse, partner, or other support person. The information provided in our Birth and Parenting classes is designed for general educational purposes only. This class is conducted in the St. Luke's Children's Community Education/Support Groups building at 211 W. Main Street. The classroom/building IS NOT VISIBLE FROM MAIN STREET; it is behind the St. Luke's Children's Administration/Programs at 209 W. Main (which is right next door to the Department of Labor Job building at 3rd and Main St., downtown Boise). Access to the parking lot and classroom building is from a driveway off Main Street between the Department of Labor building and the 209 W. Main St. Luke's Children's Admin building.
