Due to the overwhelming surge in COVID-19 cases and the strain it has placed on health care capacity in the communities we serve, the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare has activated crisis standards of care statewide. We are open and available to see patients, but you may experience delays at our ERs, hospitals, and clinics. We appreciate your patience. Access more info on COVID testing, vaccination, visitor policy, hospitalization data, and FAQs.

In this 60-minute class, you'll learn what a "sense of purpose" is and how it contributes quality of life and longevity.

We'll discuss the value of knowing your purpose; studies show a correlation between an individual's purpose and their health.

You'll be encouraged to explore your own purpose and identify your personal values, talents and skills to enhance your quality of life right now!

Resources will be provided with a list of locations in the community with which to volunteer and get connected to your community.

This class is taught by a licensed clinical social worker.
