Our total joint class supports you on your path to living with a new hip, knee, or shoulder. We can help reduce your anxiety, control your pain, and help you learn what to expect during your recovery.

This class is for patients, coaches, and caregivers. We strongly recommend you bring a "coach," a friend or family member who will support you through your joint replacement surgery and recovery.
We meet Mondays from 1-3 p.m. and Fridays from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Registration is required. Please speak with your surgeon about registering for a class.
Please bring your coach or the person planning to help with your recovery at home. Also, be sure to bring a list of your questions, along with a pen or pencil for taking notes.
Park in the parking garage next to the main and emergency room entrance of the hospital. Valet parking is available up the circular driveway at the revolving doors to the west of the emergency room entrance.
Take main elevators to the 5th floor and follow signs to Group Room.
