Learn how to make more room on your plate for foods-as-grown and minimize highly processed and excessive animal foods. 

What is the science behind eating a plant-based diet and how can this impact your health in prevention and reversal of disease? We will assess where you currently are with your eating habits and establish a nutrition action plan that will help you work toward a permanent lifestyle change with your eating habits. 

You will receive a full plant-based jump-start guide with direction on how to get started. 

The class is taught by registered dietitian Charmin Aschenbrener.
