Description

The insomnia education class is designed to review how insomnia develops, persists over time, and is treated. The class provides an overview of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia and explains how individuals may adapt these strategies to use on their own. This class is appropriate for anyone referred for treatment of insomnia or individuals that would like to learn more about insomnia and how to treat it. This class is taught by behavioral health providers in Twin Falls: Kelsi Hendrickson, PHD Devin Merritt, PHD Trevor Crapo, LCSW Individuals who are NOT interested in attending this class but are interested in individual assessment and treatment of insomnia can schedule an appointment with St. Luke's Behavioral Health Services in Twin Falls at 208-814-9903.
