Description

The insomnia education class is designed to review how insomnia develops, persists over time, and is treated. The class provides an overview of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia and explains how individuals may adapt these strategies to use on their own. This class is appropriate for anyone referred for treatment of insomnia or individuals that would like to learn more about insomnia and how to treat it. This class is taught by clinical psychologist, Kyle Davis, PhD. Individuals who are NOT interested in attending this class but are interested in individual assessment and treatment of insomnia can schedule an appointment with Dr. Davis at St. Luke's Clinic-Lifestyle Medicine in Meridian at 208-706-9710.
