Attending an information session is required before registering for the CHIP course. You may register for an upcoming course at an information session.

CHIP takes a "whole health" approach, with topics that include:

  • The common denominator of chronic disease
  • Optimal lifestyle
  • Eat more, weigh less
  • Fiber, your new best friend
  • Disarming diabetes
  • The heart of the matter—heart healthy
  • Taking the pressure down
  • Your DNA is not your destiny
  • Stress relieving strategies
  • From surviving to thriving

Anyone who wants to improve their health. People with chronic disease or risk factors in particular can benefit.
