In this 60-minute class, you will learn about contributing factors that increase stress management skills and increase your understanding of what stress is and learn how this can impact body and mind. You will learn the value of self-care, increasing your awareness of your feelings (both positive and negative), and specific tools to help refuel yourself and have energy again.
When we take time to incorporate these skills and concepts in our life, stress will decrease and quality of life will increase! This class is taught by licensed clinical social worker, Amanda Helsley.
