Learn how to respond to an emergency at this class designed for office, factory, construction, and warehouse workers, as well as coaches, referees, and river guides. Instruction meets OSHA standards and will cover adult, child, and infant CPR and how to use an AED. The first aid topics focus on adults and include assessing an emergency, specific injuries, and psychological reactions to stress. This class does not meet the requirements for daycare provider licensing.

No refunds are given for this class, unless it is cancelled by us or a medical condition prevents you from attending class. Otherwise, you may transfer to another class within six months of the original class date.

The American Heart Association guidelines require all attendees to view the class DVD in its entirety. If you arrive after class has started, you will not be allowed to participate in the course and will need to reschedule for the next available class.This class is conducted in the Washington Group Plaza 1 building, located at 400 Broadway Ave. Parking lot is on the south side of Plaza 1 where free parking is available. Entrance of the building is on the south side of the Plaza 1 (located on E Park Blvd). Once inside the building, class is located on the 5th floor in the Warm Springs room.
