Heart of the Matter health screenings are now available year-round. Now you can choose when to have your reduced-cost annual screening.

  • Blood test for HDL and LDL cholesterol, triglycerides, and glucose levels for $10.
  • Optional A1c test for people with diabetes for an additional $5.
  • Test results will be entered into myChart or sent by mail, if preferred.
  • Must be age 18 or older.
  • Fasting for at least 8 hours is strongly encouraged. (Fasting less than 8 hours may result in elevated glucose levels.)
  • Drink lots of water (8 or more cups a day and plenty prior to your screening).

Payment is due at time of service, cash or check only. Insurance will not be billed.

We strongly encourage you to review your results with your primary care provider.
