Description

This class is intended to help anyone learn the basics of sleep physiology and simple strategies to make your sleep as good as it can possibly be. We will discuss the different stages of sleep, various sleep disorders, and strategies to promote sleepiness at bedtime and wakefulness at your wake time. This class is taught by psychologist Kyle Davis.
