Description

This four-session class offers you support and education on your bariatric surgery and weight loss journey. We’ll discuss:

  • Process of change and commitment
  • Behavior modification: dealing with head hunger
  • Relational aspects of obesity and weight loss
  • Stress management
The sessions are led by Dr. Michael Dennis, bariatric psychologist, and are open to pre- and post-operative patients in the St. Luke’s bariatric surgery program.
