Join us for a free, 1-hour information session on the Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP). At this free session, we'll explain our upcoming 18-session CHIP course where you'll learn how to integrate optimal nutrition, exercise, and stress reduction tools into your life to make long-lasting lifestyle changes.

Special Instructions

About the CHIP 18-session course

The CHIP 18-session course is offered for $379 (you may bring a spouse or friend for support) and includes a participant kit containing: textbook, workbook, cookbook, pedometer and water bottle. The course is facilitated by a physician, registered dietitians and exercise physiologists.

The class times for upcoming 18-session CHIP courses in Wood River are as follows:

  • February 5 - May 2 on Mon/Wed 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. (first class February 5)
    • Blaine County Recreation Department
      1050 Fox Acres Rd.
      Suite 107
      Hailey, ID 83333
    • Classes will be Mondays and Wednesdays for the first seven weeks and Wednesdays only for the remainder.
    • No classes will be held February 19 or March 26 and 28.
