Prerequisites

Anyone who wants to improve their health. People with chronic disease or risk factors in particular can benefit.

This is an online-only session. You can access this course from nearly any device, but you must be able to attend online at the designated dates and times. You also must be able to pick up (or arrange for transportation of) the course kit, make payments, draw labs, and get body measurements done locally within St. Luke’s Health System.

Special Instructions

Information for the upcoming 9-week, 18-session online CHIP course:

April 23-June 20, Mondays/Wednesdays, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

This is an online-only course.

The course cost is $379 for community members and $279 for St. Luke's employees and spouses. St. Luke's employees and spouses on the St. Luke's health plan may be eligible for further rebates. For St. Luke’s cardiopulmonary rehab patients (past 12 months), the cost is $79.
