At this free session, we'll explain our upcoming 18-session CHIP course where you'll learn how to integrate optimal nutrition, exercise, and stress reduction tools into your life to make long-lasting lifestyle changes.

Special Instructions

About the CHIP 18-session course

June 18 through August 27, 12-1 p.m. at St. Luke's Wood River, River Run Rooms.

Note: classes are on Mondays, except:

  • Thursdays June 21 and July 5
  • Wednesdays June 27, July 11, July 18, August 1, and August 8.

The course cost is $379 for community members and $279 for St. Luke's employees and spouses. St. Luke's employees and spouses who are on the St. Luke's health plan may be eligible for further rebates.
