The Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) course is an 18-session, whole-person health program that will help you make long-lasting lifestyle changes. You'll learn how to integrate optimal nutrition, exercise, and stress reduction tools into your life.
Please attend an information session to learn more prior to registering for a course.
Classes are from 12 to 1 p.m. Mondays June 18 to August 27, 2018; Wednesdays June 27, July 11 and 18, and August 1 and 8; and Thursdays June 21 and July 5.
