The Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) course is an 18-session, whole-person health program that will help you make long-lasting lifestyle changes. You'll learn how to integrate optimal nutrition, exercise, and stress reduction tools into your life.
Please attend an information session to learn more prior to registering for a course.
Classes are January 28 - April 15, 2019, from 12 - 1 p.m. The first six weeks will have classes twice a week; the second six weeks will have classes only once a week.
Once you've attended an information session, the next step is to register for the 18-session CHIP course.
Call St. Luke's Connect at (208) 381-9000 to register.
Please bring a copy of your receipt to your packet pickup/measurements appointment.
If you're interested in taking the 18-session CHIP course but can't attend in person, please contact your local CHIP team for your options:
How do you define health? Physical? Mental? Social? Health goes beyond medical care. It's how we take care of ourselves, how we interact with our communities, how we take care of each other.
Let St. Luke's support your health, however you define it.
