Description

This class will help you and your support companion prepare physically, mentally, and emotionally for your labor, birth, and postpartum experience. We’ll demonstrate and practice a variety of coaching, breathing, and relaxation techniques. We’ll also cover the birth process, pain management during labor, decision making, and the transition to parenthood.

We offer either an all-day class on select Saturdays or a four-part series one night a week. Both cover the same material, so choose whichever one that best fits your schedule.
