ALERT

Due to the overwhelming surge in COVID-19 cases and the strain it has placed on health care capacity in the communities we serve, the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare has activated crisis standards of care statewide. We are open and available to see patients, but you may experience delays at our ERs, hospitals, and clinics. We appreciate your patience. Access more info on COVID testing, vaccination, visitor policy, hospitalization data, and FAQs.

Description

During this 60-minute class we will discuss what empathy looks like; are we really that disconnected?

We'll also explore concepts of compassion and forgiveness, and how you can apply these concepts towards yourself and those around you.

You'll learn to practice the four steps of building compassion; identify the benefits of embracing compassion; and increase your understanding of the intent behind forgiveness.

By the end of this class, you will be better able to forgive yourself and others.

This class is taught by a licensed clinical social worker.
