Have you wondered how to increase your activity throughout the day? Our expert will share how to add short bursts of movement to achieve 30 minutes or more of exercise daily. 

Gain tips to make movement simple, doable, and less scary. 

Feel free to wear comfortable clothes and sneakers to sprinkle a little movement to your day with us throughout this event! Activities are easily modified to meet your fitness level. 

This talk will be presented by Eren Barker, a certified strength and conditioning specialist and program manager at St. Luke’s Nampa Well-being Center of Excellence.
