St. Luke's Clinic – Physician Center: Twin Falls, Addison Ave.

Serving people in the Twin Falls region, our team sees people of all ages, through all phases of life, whether you need preventive care or treatment for a specific condition or acute illness. We promote the concept of a medical home, emphasizing a continuous relationship with a personal physician coordinating care for both wellness and illness. We believe that knowing you over many years, and knowing your family, helps us understand how your healthcare impacts your life. 

At our clinic, we offer a wide scope of services, including women’s health (non-OB), diabetes management, vasectomy, and more. We also provide expert pediatric care for babies, kids, and teenagers, including circumcision, immunizations, behavioral health care, and physical exams for school and sports. If your condition requires a specialist, we’ll help refer you to the appropriate provider.

    Nathan Allen, DO is fluent in Spanish and enjoys seeing patients of all ages. Dr. Allen earned his bachelor's degree in exercise science from Brigham Young University and his medical degree from A.T. Still University in Kirksville, Missouri. He completed his family medicine internship in Rapid City, South Dakota, where he served as chief resident.

    John Burk, DO cares for patients ranging in age from newborn to 18 years. He is an osteopathic-trained physician and completed a predoctoral fellowship in osteopathic manipulation, which led to a special interest in caring for aches, pains, and musculoskeletal dysfunctions. 

    Originally from the Magic Valley, Dr. Burk enjoys running, hiking, camping, swimming, and exploring Idaho with his wife.

    Stephanie Duff, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC is a board certified family nurse practitioner and committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. She is skilled in conducting comprehensive health assessments, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic conditions, and promoting preventive care. 

    Stephanie earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Boise State University. She went on to earn her master's degree in nursing from Graceland University. Stephanie has always had a passion for holistic care and making a positive impact on the health of her patients and their families.

    Vaughn Harris, MD enjoys caring for patients of all ages and treating a broad scope of conditions. He completed both his internship and residency in family medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Tyler.

    Biography

    Kimberly Hartrick Buechle, CPNP, MPH is board certified in pediatric primary care. She enjoys partnering with patients and their families to help guide them in reaching their health and wellness goals.

    Kim also works with the St. Luke's CARES program, evaluating and caring for at-risk children who are victims of maltreatment and abuse. She has led several nursing committees focused on quality improvement and evidence-based practice.

    Kim earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from University of Regis, a master's degree in public health from the University of Alabama-Birmingham, and a master's degree in nurse practitioner studies from the University of Colorado. While working as a registered nurse in the NICU, she also earned a certificate in NICU nursing.

    In her free time, Kim loves hiking, running, and spending time with her husband and their dog.

    Brad Hyatt, DO has special interest in preventative medicine and pediatrics. He particularly enjoys caring for multiple members of the same family. He serves as site medical director for St. Luke's Clinic – Physician Center on Addison Ave.

    Originally from Twin Falls, Dr. Hyatt earned his bachelor's degree from Idaho State University. In his free time, he loves to run, travel, and spend time with his family.

    Biography

    Ryan Melvin, DO enjoys taking care of a broad spectrum of medical patients. His medical interests include preventive health, lifestyle medicine, dermatological procedures, pediatrics, women's health, and geriatrics.

    Dr. Melvin graduated from Idaho State University with a bachelor's degree in biology. He earned his doctoral degree in osteopathic medicine from Midwestern University's Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and attended the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho through the University of Washington.

    In his free time, Dr. Melvin enjoys fishing, skiing, upland bird hunting, and spending quality time with his family. He is also involved with his local school board.

    Biography

    Jeffrey Mulert, MD is a general pediatrician who cares for patients in the hospital, newborn nursery, and outpatient clinic. His main goal is to provide quality, compassionate pediatric care for newborns, infants, toddlers, children, and teens in the Magic Valley and surrounding communities.

    Dr. Mulert is currently serving as pediatric department chair at St. Luke's Magic Valley. He previously served as medical director for Safe Kids Magic Valley. He is also a clinical instructor for both the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho and the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine.

    Dr. Mulert earned bachelor's degrees in biology and Spanish from Pomona College. Prior to medical school, he received a Fulbright-Garcia Robles fellowship to study corn plants in Mexico. He then served a two-year volunteer LDS mission in Chile. These experiences formed lasting impressions on him and strengthened his desire to care for and serve others. 

    After graduating from medical school at the University of California San Diego, Dr. Mulert completed his pediatric residency at Michigan State University - Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies (now Western Michigan University), where he served as chief resident. During this time, he received the Arnold Gold Foundation Humanism in Medicine Award for mentoring medical students and "practicing patient-centered medicine by teaching ethics, empathy, and service by example."


    In his spare time, Dr. Mulert enjoys hiking, photography, writing music, church service, dutch-oven cooking, and spending time with his wife and six children.

    Biography

    Trevor Satterfield, MD is passionate about providing high quality medical care to children and adults of all ages. In addition to focusing on the core primary care needs of his patients, he also works with physicians and others within St. Luke’s to improve the quality, cost and efficiency of health care.

    Originally from Idaho, Dr. Satterfield earned his bachelor's degree from Idaho State University, graduating with honors. He completed his medical degree at the University of Utah and his family medicine residency training at McKay-Dee Hospital in Utah. Today, he supports the next generation of providers by instructing medical students and residents.  

    In his free time, Dr. Satterfield enjoys spending time with his family, boating, gardening, practicing his faith, and participating in community service and events.
