Teresa’s heart advice:Exercise daily, find a reliable exercise partner, eat a healthy diet, have a positive attitude, reduce stress as much as possible, get 8-9 hours of sleep a night, know your risk factors and your ‘numbers’ (blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides, blood sugar, waist measurement, weight, BMI), limit alcohol intake, and take time out for fun activities!”
