Words from the Summit: St. Luke's is 'well on the way'

We held our annual St. Luke's Health System Summit this past Friday and Saturday. It was fantastic to get together with 250 highly dedicated board members, leaders, and physicians from all around our service area to talk about the direction of our System.

This year, the theme was population health. The passion for fixing what is wrong with health care from all our stakeholders was palpable, and our speakers were enlightening and inspiring.

Dr. David C. Pate

David C. Pate, M.D., J.D., previously served as president and CEO of St. Luke's Health System, based in Boise, Idaho. Dr. Pate joined the System in 2009 and retired in 2020. He received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center.
