Registration

If you have been approved for an educational experience at St. Luke’s, your next steps are to register and begin your online orientation through our Talent Learning Center. Many schools turn in a registration form for students. However, if your St. Luke’s student coordinator has instructed you to do so, please return this student registration form prior to requesting a new account. 

Talent Learning Center

New students/instructors: Request an account
  • Do not request an account unless you have been instructed to do so by your St. Luke’s coordinator or your school.
  • All accounts must be approved by your St. Luke’s coordinator.
  • Plan ahead as you will not be able to login immediately. The Talent Learning Center will send you an email when your account has been approved. 

Returning students/instructors: Login to your existing account
  • Can’t login? Contact your St. Luke’s student coordinator or students@slhs.org for assistance.
St. Luke’s employees: you must have a student account in addition to your employee account. Student accounts can only be accessed through the student login portal.

Account Information

  • Required trainings will show up in your Talent Learning Center “To-Do” list 24 hours after your account has been approved.
  • Trainings listed as “ILT Course” are in-person trainings and will be scheduled by your St. Luke’s coordinator. No action is needed on your part.
  • Throughout the duration of your student experience(s) at St. Luke’s, you are responsible for maintaining your Talent Learning Center account. New trainings can be assigned at any time and some trainings expire on a revolving basis. It is important that you monitor your account frequently and watch for email notices about new or expired trainings.
  • Incomplete or expired trainings can result in suspension or cancellation of your clinical rotation. 

Troubleshooting & Tips

  • Use Google Chrome or Internet Explorer to access the Talent Learning Center.
  • Apple/Mac operating systems are not supported. If you experience difficulties, please switch to a PC.
  • Ensure your internet browser is set to allow pop-up windows
  • If you experience issues, log out of the Talent Learning Center and clear your cache (browsing history) before logging back in or use Google Incognito
