St. Luke’s McCall Auxiliary

Support Through Service and Giving

St. Luke’s McCall Auxiliary is dedicated to supporting St. Luke’s McCall Medical Center and improving the health and quality of life of people in our community. Since our founding in 1956 (as McCall City Hospital), we’ve raised more than $3 million to purchase equipment for the hospital and to support community health initiatives. We welcome you to join us, and share your time, skills, and passion to benefit our community.

Join the Auxiliary

To join St. Luke’s McCall Auxiliary, become a volunteer, or just learn more, please call us at (208) 634-2088.

Membership dues are $15 annually or $100 for lifetime membership and are due in May.

Community Grant Program

If you’re a non-profit organization with a health mission in the St. Luke’s McCall service area (Cascade, Council, Donnelly, McCall, New Meadows, Riggins), we invite you to apply for an Auxiliary community grant to assist in your initiatives. Community grants are funded 100% by sales from the Auxiliary Thrift Shop.

The Auxiliary has awarded more than $1.4 million in grants to support local community organizations since 2002. The purpose of the Auxiliary is to render service to St. Luke’s McCall Medical Center, its patients and community and to assist the hospital in promoting the health and welfare of the community.

2027 St. Luke's McCall Auxiliary Community Grant

The 2027 application will be available in September 2026.

Margaret Fogg Memorial Scholarship

The Margaret Fogg Memorial Scholarship honors long-time McCall resident Margaret Fogg, who served as president of the hospital’s Auxiliary at its inception in 1956 and remained a committed and beloved advocate for improving local healthcare until her death in 2001.

Applications for scholarships are available to high school seniors and post-secondary students pursuing careers in healthcare, including individuals currently working in the field. Applicants must reside in Valley County, Adams County, or Riggins.

Funds can be used for tuition at any accredited educational institution, including online programs. Past recipients have applied their scholarships to certified nurse assistant training, respiratory therapy coursework, advanced nursing degrees, occupational and physical therapy programs, and undergraduate pre-med studies.

  • Application Guidelines for High School Seniors: 2026-2027 application information will be available in January 2026
  • Application Guidelines for Post-secondary Applicants: 2026-2027 application information will be available in January 2026
