We accept walk-ins at most designated COVID-19 sites during vaccination days and hours. You may still schedule your vaccination or walk up to our mobile vaccination clinic which is open to everyone! Note: we require masks in all St. Luke's facilities, regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status. This helps us provide safe care in a safe environment for all patients. Patients experiencing chest pain receive a rapid diagnosis or are further monitored at St. Luke’s Chest Pain Centers in our Boise and Meridian emergency departments. Patients diagnosed with heart attack are put on the fast track to immediate treatment, while those whose chest pain is not clearly a heart attack but require further testing, rest comfortably in our observation unit.
We help prevent unnecessary hospitalizations for patients whose chest pain turns out not to be heart-related. More importantly, we’re able to reduce the rate of “missed“ heart attacks, because patients with an unclear condition are not sent home without further observation and testing.
Our Chest Pain Centers are staffed by emergency physicians and nurses with advanced training in cardiac care, consulting cardiologists, and other professional staff.

You’ll also receive education on a variety of heart-related topics, such as risk factors for heart disease, healthy eating, and exercise to support you in improving your health and quality of life.
You take care of others, so take care of yourself. Let us be your partner in health, whether you're recovering from an injury, checking in for your annual exam, or enjoying an online class.
Because when you take care of yourself, everyone around you benefits.
