Engage
The first step in building a healthy workforce is conducting health risk assessments to engage your employees and increase awareness of personal risks. Studies show a direct correlation between modifiable health risk factors and health care expenditures.
Personal Wellness Profile
Our Personal Wellness Profile is a powerful assessment tool used to evaluate health status, identify risk factors, and highlight areas for improvement. The assessment addresses personal and family medical histories, nutrition, exercise habits, mental health, safety practices, and lifestyle choices. *The Personal Wellness Profile is available in paper and pencil, Spanish, and online versions.
Health Screening
Along with the assessment, biometric measures such as blood pressure, height, weight, waist and hip circumferences as well as laboratory tests including HDL, LDL, total cholesterol, triglycerides and glucose are evaluated for each participant. Additional tests such as thyroid, prostate and others can be ordered.
Personal Reports
The Personal Wellness Profile provides an overall Wellness score and helps participants understand their modifiable health risk factors. Thiscomprehensive report provides preventive actions and recommendations in the areas of coronary and cancer risk, nutrition, fitness, stress, substance abuse and safety.
Management Reports
The Executive Summary quantifies participant data and assists in determining appropriate interventions for at-risk populations. The Productivity and Economic Benefits Report shows the relationship between the number of health risk factors and their effect on medical claims, productivity and absenteeism. It forecasts potential health savings for your organization relative to risk reduction goals.
